magnet produce manufacturing process a. the raw material are burdebed according to Ndfeb . b. the burdeded material are melted at a high temperature to form an alloy ( or stip casting ) in vacuum induction furnace . c.the particles are placed in a magnetic field and pressed into any desired shape . d.the products are heat treated at a temperature of 1000 degress or higher in a sintering furnace. and then aging the magnets to adjust the properties. e.the magnets are tested their magnetic properties . f. the manets are machined to the desired size and shape including surface treatment . g. visual inspection at last.
